⛈️ A Rainy Day Rescue⛈️
Our rescue journey began in 2024, and in 2026 we officially became an established rescue and foster organization. Our Board of Directors consists of founder's Maria Slocum and Jenna Green, and board member Catherine Slocum. As one of our earliest supporters, her generosity and support has helped turn our dream into a reality.
Since the beginning, we’ve rescued 83 cats and counting, found forever homes for 28 of them, and continue to grow with every life we save.
While cats are our primary focus, we believe compassion shouldn’t have limits. Over the years we’ve also rescued several dogs, a pigeon, and even a wasp.

Our Rescue
🐾Our rescue is set up to give every animal🐾
the space and care they deserve.
We currently have four dedicated rescue zones, including two intake and quarantine areas with large crates, a transitional area, an outdoor catio, and two long-term living spaces with multiple bedroom options.
Once fully vetted and tested, our cats are free to roam throughout the rescue (except the intake areas), helping prevent overcrowding while giving them a safe, enriching environment.
We also have 24-hour feline service and
